First UU Columbus

A choir for 11 - 15 years olds, Rising Voices sings at both the 9:15 am and 11 am church services 6 - 7 times per year. In addition, they participate in the Holiday and Spring concerts, sing for special occasions, and often partner with Peace Pals and Spirit of Life. Rising Voices sings a variety of music from many cultures, employing many languages while exploring part-singing, healthy singing, and confidence in performance. Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings, 7:00-7:45. .

All choirs welcome and are open to anyone who attends First UU, whether a member or not. No audition is required for any group. Choirs are a great way to serve the church, meet people, and have fun while making music.
