All Soles Contra Dancing - Weekend Evenings |

Intergenerational, beginner-friendly, welcoming contra dance. No partner needed! Beginners welcome!
Cost: $7 ($4 for those under age 25) to fairly compensate our talented bands and callers.
Please bring your own refillable water bottle, and dress in lightweight, loose clothing. Homebaked snacks, free childcare, and warm, welcoming dancers. Children who are able to join in the dancing are welcome.
Contra dances are from 8:00 to 10:30, with a brief teaching session at 7:30.
• March 5: Special “First Friday” potluck and contra dance! Music by Mark Merchant, Carl Yaffey, Chas Williams and Caleb Powers!
• April 9: Toppish with Rachel O’Brien calling
• April 30: Special “Zesty” Contra Dance with ReelBop and caller Cindy Harris. (Zesty contras are more challenging, for dancers with solid knowledge of basic moves.)
• May 14: Richard Ades and Kate Power will call; band TBA
