The congregation appreciates you making your financial commitment to First UU Church. Your tax deductible support allows us to plan ahead to maintain our many programs, secure in the knowledge that you have fulfilled your financial obligation as a congregant of this church. Thank you for completing form by March 15, 2010.

Option 6: I/We cannot commit a specific amount at this time but will make a Contribution of Record (a gift identified as coming from me/us) this year. Please do not include any specific amount in your budget planning.
Option 7: I/We are not able to make a commitment at this time. I/We shall seek hardship status by contacting the minister.

Save time and money! Many members find automatic bank payments a convenient and secure option. We encourage automatic bank (ACH) payments over credit card payments, as the 3% credit card processing charges to the church reduce your contribution. We cannot accept account numbers online; submit a paper form to Church Office or call the bookkeeper. Attach a voided check (Fill out the day or month to process) This automatic process will continue at the level you have pledged on this form unless you request it be stopped.
