Your tax deductible support helps the church live out its vision and mission statements, provide a spiritual community and make its impact on the world.

We appreciate you fillng out your form by Sunday, April 3, 2011 and it will be entered into a raffle for UU inspired prizes including gift certificates to the Auction, Bookstore, and Northstar café, UU mugs, books and more.  

Many of our members generously give at 5% of their adjusted gross income or are working towards giving at 5%. The per member cost of our budget is $1,250. As we know some of our members are in financially stretched circumstances, please make your own pledge as generous and realistic as you can.

Save time and money! Many members find automatic bank payments a convenient and secure option. We encourage automatic bank (ACH) payments over credit card payments, as the 3% credit card processing charges to the church reduce your contribution. We cannot accept account numbers online; submit a paper form to Church Office or call the bookkeeper. Attach a voided check (Fill out the day or month to process) This automatic process will continue at the level you have pledged on this form unless you request it be stopped.
