Register here.
Visitor Form - If you are visiting with us for the first time please let us know. During the regular Sunday School year from mid-September to the end of May you may elect to attend a Family Orientation on your first Sunday, or you may want to worship together in the Worship Center or the adjacent Family Room. Once you have completed the one-session orientation and your children have attended a few Sunday School Sessions, please register using the forms below.
Household Record - All Sunday School registrations require this form. We use the Household name to connect this record with all the child records and youth records that connect to your family. Please complete this record each year unless you have done an in-person registration on Sunday morning. Please also complete this form if your family does not attend Sunday School. It will ensure that you receive emails with information and events of interest to all families.
Child Form - Complete one for each child from infant through grade 5 each year, unless you have done in-person registration.
Youth Form - Complete one form for each youth grades 6 through 12. The majority of this form is completed by the youth, not the parents. This is also the form to use to express interest in non-Sunday School activities, such as committee work and choir and to sign up for Middle School Youth Group and the High School Justice Adventure.
